The party honored the departure of a much loved and admired professional, and I hoped to create desserts that were worthy of the occasion and that would send him off with sweet memories of his time at the firm and of the evening.
I was blessed by my friend, Catherine Gallagher, who offered to take photos of my creations. She is truly talented and I have managed to bribe her into taking future photos (with promises of cakes and cream cheese frosting). Thank you Cathy!
